The page for these chairs says that you'll wait 8 to 10 weeks. I waited 13. That being said they are beautiful and well worth the wait. I would order again and recommend to anyone. When I did contact customer service they were always helpful and gave me good information.

This chair is exceptionally comfortable and includes plush cushioning in the seat and back. The sculptural back provides optimal support and the cut-out back eliminates stiffness and allows room to breathe.
