Hi there!
My dining chairs arms are 27.7â€. I noticed this table is 30â€, is that from the floor to the bottom of the table or top? Will my chairs fit underneath?
Lastly, is the concrete sealed? Please advise.

The height of 30 inches is to the top of the table top. The measurement from the floor to the underside of the table top is 26.5". The concrete is sealed with a protective coating.
