Great chair for the money

The Davis chair is not the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat on, but it will serve it’s purpose, and I like the way it looks, it definitely fits in with my mid-century design scheme. It is a very firm chair at first. I’d even say it’s hard, but I needed firm support for my back, and that’s what I got. I do wish the back was a couple of inches higher, and the seat was a couple of inches deeper. I am 5’10” tall and have long legs. Those changes would make it perfect for me.
It was intelligently packaged, none of the materials were difficult to dispose of, and the carton it came in got recycled.
The chair was a bit of a pain for to put together, but I got it together in about a half hour. It would be easier, and faster to assemble with two people.

What type of fabric is it? Is it any type of micro bacterial fabric?

The Davis Chair is upholstered in a commercial grade polyester, which has anti-microbial properties, and is treated to be stain-resistant.
