i have wanted this fountain for ten years. For whatever reason, each time I wanted to purchase, something else took priority in the budget. Finally getting it was such a joy for me! I live in Missouri and pretend to live in Palm Springs so when it came in a box from Palm Springs - I knew it would be perfect! And it is. We were a little confused by set up but the representative or artist making them (?) who communicated with hubs and answered questions - was outstanding. It does drip front m the top saucer onto the hose a bit and needs water added every few days. Its also on an old brick patio with sun so evaporation likely contributes to that, as well. I would def purchase again.

Where does the pump go? I see no pump in the bottom dish so how does it feed the water?

The pump is hidden behind the unit and there is a drain in the bottom dish which continues to feed the water for the fountain.

The Falling Water Fountain water system is self contained. A pump is used to push water through a hidden tube up to the top pan, which then spills over to the other 3 pans.
