Assembly took longer than it should have because the "instructions" were nonexistent. Let me give you some tips: 1. Do not remove the foam cover from the legs until after the footrest is installed. The edges of the footrest that install next to the legs are quite sharp and will scratch the leather. 2. This is a two person assembly. I did it by myself, but it would have been easier with two as one could hold the legs apart while the other fits the footrest onto the screws. 3. Do NOT tighten the screws all the way down into the legs. If you do, the holes in the footrest will not align. I learned this the hard way and had to disassemble and try again.
I anticipate these will look great in my kitchen for years to come!
