Designer Program - Warranty Information

Designer Program One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Inmod offers a one(1) year limited warranty on most of its furniture and décor items covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and material. In the event a defect that is covered by the warranty is found, Inmod will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or unit. The Inmod Warranty is effective from the date of delivery and does not cover the cost of labor. There are items that come with a longer warranty and that will be listed on the product page.

Accidental damage or normal wear and tear is not covered under the Inmod Warranty.

Additional issues not covered are as follows:

• Custom modifications to an item
• Fabric damage due to application of fabric protection
• Colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics
• Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse or accidents
• Any condition resulting from incorrect maintenance or care
• Settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear
• Pilling, wrinkling or seam separation due to neglect or abuse
• Fabric fading or discoloration due to elements such as sunlight
• Water Damage
• Natural wood grain characteristics

Sofa frames from Inmod are covered for 3 years to be free from structural defect in materials or workmanship not caused by neglect or abuse.

Springs in Sofas are covered for 3 years from breakage or detachment not caused by neglect or abuse.
