Designers Charles and Ray Eames experimented in the early 1940’s
with wood-molding techniques that would eventually evolve into what has
become one of the most iconic pieces of 20th century wooden furniture. The
Eames Plywood Chairs are sculpted of thin sheets of lightweight veneer,
molded into organic curved shapes. It is also available with wooden or chrome plated steel legs. This reproduction, manufactured by Alphaville Design
is also available as a dining chair or as a lounge chair. Please refer to
